Miss Edwina Westacott leads our wellbeing team which delivers a number of activities throughout the year. Here’s just a sample of activities which the Crosfields team have the opportunity to get involved in:

Staff activities are a great way for all staff to get to know each other outside of the classroom and share in their own personal hobbies and interests. As part of our physical wellbeing, there are a number of staff sports clubs which you can join when you start at Crosfields School. This includes:

Running Club
Dog Walking Club
Rowing Club

And if you have a passion you would like to share, then the wellbeing team are very happy to support new ideas.

As part of your role, all staff are provided with lunches prepared by our chosen partner, Thomas Franks. This includes access to a salad bar and a hot and cold option. They even deliver freshly prepared snacks to the staff room for everyone to enjoy during their morning break.

For those who start a little earlier, there is also the option for breakfast.

Access to facilities

During the summer holidays, when the external providers are not using our swimming pool, staff are invited to attend swimming sessions with their family. You spend a lot of your time at work, and we want you to enjoy life at Crosfields and flourish here.

Free staff parking is available on site and when you join you will be provided with a free parking pass for the entire academic year. Roles are therefore competitive; we encourage early applications.
